The aim of this retreat

This 4-day/3-nights retreat, beginning two days before Nyepi and concluding the morning after, invites you to embrace simplicity, sacred pause, and spiritual renewal.

Fasting (optional), guided meditation, quiet reflection, and a deep connection to Bali’s spiritual rhythms allow you to slow down, soften, and return to your inner source.
The aim is not to do more, but to be less distracted — so that peace can arise naturally from within. From that place, the intentions for your new year can emerge clearly and truthfully.
